A ferry into VT... and then plenty of fans enjoying the show at 135 Pearl - and one fiesty lady who wanted to hold her signed undies in her teeth.

Well, first we learned that you're best advised to turn off the "ferry" option in the GPS if you want to avoid the closed-until-summer ports! The first one we went to was closed and we caught the last ferry at the next location just as it was pulling away. Luckily, they were sympathetic to our cause. And by our clothing you can guess that the North East has an odd idea of what Spring temperatures are supposed to be...

Despite the ferry station re-routing and near-missing, we still arrived on time to our destination:

Elegant but homey lower-lounge spot with a good crowd, some of whom drove an hour to watch and listen - but who also definitley don't believe in that old "fourth wall" between audience and performer. But they made it a great night by beeing lively and attentive.

Oh, and for those of you wondering: Who's that guy? it's Jules on bass! He backed up Nicola and sometimes sat in with Elisa - and just goes to show that Chicks with Guitars is an equal-opportunity employer! :-)
